WHERE WE STARTED
We used to be like everyone else.
Honestly? We didn’t think twice about the products we used. We grabbed whatever was on the shelf, whatever was the cheapest, whatever smelled the best. Ingredient lists were something we scrolled past. Words we couldn’t pronounce were just words on a label, not a reason to put something back.
We were busy. We trusted that if something was sold in a store, it was fine. And for a long time, that felt like enough.
THE TURNING POINT
Then our health started talking.
Health problems have a way of making you pay attention. When we both started experiencing issues, we looked at what we were eating, how we were sleeping, what we used on our bodies.
We started reading labels on our food. We picked up a product we’d used for years and actually read what was in it.
That moment changed everything.
WHAT WE BUILT
A brand we actually believe in.
Brady’s essentials started as one simple idea: make the products we wish existed. Ones where the ingredient list is short, readable, and something you’d feel good about. Ones that work with your body, not against it.
We’re not a massive company with a lab full of scientists. We’re two people who changed the way we live, and wanted to share something real from that experience.
